Can someone confirm the part number (and perhaps a link) for the matte black grill for/compatible with the 392 with front camera?
Completed swap.
Confirmed part number 82216097 works w the 392 (for anyone else planning to do this)

Included photo of inside of painted OE and the OEM Satin black (pn 82216097) grill where you can see they both have “JT” on them.

Project took about 45 mins—Very simple.

I've always liked the way the Willys black grille is black along the sides and bottom of the grille section as apposed to the way other trims come when a black grille is spec'd...

I agree it looks good. The Willys I've seen it seems the grille is a normal gloss paint vs. the satin finish on the option that comes on the others.

You are correct about the Willys grille being gloss (I have one). The owner of that Jeep apparently swapped out the grille & surround for satin black... looks really good! 👍

I couldn’t disagree more. The painted surround makes the grill pop a lot more and the black surround on the Willys goes and dies at hood height and makes it look odd and unfinished. JMO

I'm doing the same swap on my Wrangler later today. How do you remove the camera wiring from the existing grill? Do you just pull the mounting pegs out with brutal force?

No brutal force needed. There is a connector to disconnect to remove the grill from the vehicle then when you get the grill on a flat surface to start switching components it will be obvious.
