got wheels back from powder coating and I did the vinyl today

So far, I like the Fifteen52 Analogs a lot. The powercoat is a very close match to the sarge. The Analogs are much lighter than the Wheel Vintiques Smoothies I did on my 2015 MB build. I thought hard about moving those wheels to the 2021, because they truly have the accurate war wheel look to them, but ultimately decided to save the weight.

both the analogs and the smoothies definitely have the right look though!

Your 2015 looked great too. I bought green canvas, then my daughter and I sewed together the top. I was looking at the Vintiques Smoothies also, but figured that a 16” wheel would not fit on the JL.

My next plans are wheels/tires, authentic front bumper, and rear bumperettes. I’ve thought about flat fenders, but probably go with the green JL fenders and add the right side blackout light.

I went with 17x8 5x5 on the smoothies on the 2015. I haven’t checked fit on the JL, but should fit fine.

For show purposes, I was originally looking at NDT tires, which do not have a 17in option. Never realized Vintiques made a 17in Smoothie. Thanks for the info.

This is as close to an NDT I was able to find in 17”, but wheel width was still an issue.

I never ended up going that route. And relooking that summit racing link I sent you…man those smoothie prices have jumped WAY up. The dual pattern 5x5.5/5x5 are a little cheaper.
