I was looking on the build site and the 80th Anniversary edition has a different suspension than the Sahara. Is the ride quality going to be much different between the two?

What’s the difference that you saw between the two?

80th Anniversary is too new for most members on here to know exactly what’s included in the package.

On the website it says "Heavy-Duty Suspension with Gas Shocks". Perhaps it's similar to the Rubicon?

I’m pretty sure that was the description for my 19 Sahara too.

That's what mine (Willys Edition) has as well. You get the Rubicon "Red" shocks, and stiffer but standard length springs. That means you can just purchase the Rubicon springs (new from Mopar for about $60 each) and throw them on for a quick 1.5" lift.

The shock s can handle the extra height?

They're not Rubicon shocks. They're black, and Sport/Sahara length.

I'll see if I can get a pic of the model number on one of them.

EDIT: Front shock part number is 68509412AB. I can't find it anywhere online.

Based on the window sticker, it looks to be the same.

My ‘18 Sahara had “Heavy duty suspension with gas shocks” listed under standard equipment. My 80th also has “Heavy duty suspension with gas shocks” listed, but under optional equipment.
