Has anyone bothered to reflash when installing Rubicon wheels and tires on their Sahara? I know that if you plug the tire numbers into a calculator, there is a small difference, but I’ve also heard that the KO2s run small. It’s not clear to me if the actual mounted size is different. Will there be a noticeable difference in indicated MPH?

I had the dealer do the speedo calibration at 33” when I put Rubi tires on my Sahara. At anything <50mph it isn’t much of a difference but at 70+ I was getting 2, sometimes 3, mph different from GPS than the speedo. Spot on after calibration, and the one time charge is less than multiple speeding tickets would be. Peace of mind — priceless. :)

I find my speedo and center speedo digital gage spot on with no adjustment needed. Via my Escort gps.
