Sahara and Rubi tire height the same?

I purchased a set of Rubicon KO2 wheels for my Sahara. Everything I have read on this forum states the height should be about 3/4” higher than the Sahara’s. I measured the tire heights with the Sahara’s still on the Jeep and both tires measuring the same. I have the Rubis on now but figured that can’t be, so I just measured again. Sahara’s are at 33 psi, Rubis at 35 psi. Measured ground to top of tread. Tire with black background is KO2. Both measuring 31.75”. Explanations? Thanks for the help!
