Here is the mopar mount instructions, you can see where they intend to feed the wiring

In those instructions I don’t see any mention of a Winch Plate? I was under the assumption that you need a Winch Plate? They also leave the bumper on the Jeep when mounting the Winch; every video I’ve seen of installing a Winch they take the bumper off. What am I missing?
