Running wire “JL style”up to dash

Ok so I’m running my S-pod only wire through my firewall into my drivers side feet area. There I tuck it in the panels which run up my left side leg. Need to go up the side of drivers side to reach were the handle is. You know the one when you open your door. The handles on the left. You use it it to help get you in. just below handle I want to make an exist port and run wire outta there. I need to know how to remove those panels on Drivers side. When door is opened those were the panels on my old 2010 Jeep Wrangler I used to get in that way. Is that the same way?

The middle one on the side pops right out. I did this for my Escort radar hard-wiring. The rest you can tuck, but it gets trickier up top.

Building on what @IPvFletch shared, if you need to loosen the top section with the grab bar, the plastic covers on the top-most surface of the grab bar pop open, revealing two 10mm bolts you can loosen.
