Anybody ran into this issue?

Emergency flashers, brake lights, and turn signals all work, but no tail/running lights on trailer. Having the jeep light switch in manual or auto has no impact.

Do the lights work on the Jeep? Is this a four or seven pin connection?
All lights work on the jeep when connected and disconnected. 4 pin Connection.

Edit to Add. Actual trailer wiring/lights are confirmed functional with another vehicle.

This flat four harness ran power to the battery, correct ? And there is an online fuse on that power wire ? Check to see if fuse is present, and not blown ?

Correct, this requires power to battery and is fused. Fuse is present and not blown.

It is grounded, yes. I haven't taken the time to break out a meter just yet. That will be the next step.
