It's true plug and play when the headlights are on. When headlights are off, the fender LEDs are also off so I think I'm going to need to adjust it with my Tazer.Assuming you had the base halogen fender lights, but do you need a programmer to get their led fender DRLs to work like you do with the mopar LEDs, or is it true plug and play?
Nope, needed to cut the originals but that ends up leaving the body paint open to damage. I may just end up purchasing aftermarket fender liners to give it just a bit more protectionAlso, it appears they don't come with fender liners to protect the exposed jeep surfaces inside the fender?
You might consider also some good thick coats of black Plastidip the areas where you can still see the paint underneath. Will somewhat protect and also look a lot better. Just my thought...Nope, needed to cut the originals but that ends up leaving the body paint open to damage. That's a great idea! ThanksYou might consider also some good thick coats of black Plastidip the areas where you can still see the paint underneath. Will somewhat protect and also look a lot better. Just my thought...
Thanks! Yeah in hindsight I wish I had bought fender liners with it. That may be a future upgrade though. If you find one that looks good with it, let me know. I'm into the more-or-less stock look too.Man that looks good!
Definitely 80% set on them for my sport. I just gotta find a better set of fender liners. I like the stock look of stuff.
Then again, that might be the point for some. User preference say if you ever want to go back to stock...Plast-dip isn’t permanent. Use a spray undercoat.
Yep, exactly. Then again, that might be the point for some. User preference say if you ever want to go back to stock...
