Full Width Jeep JL/JT and I *Think* JK full width bumper. I ran this bumper for probably 500 miles and the tires kept rubbing on the outside at full flex, so I swapped it out with a Rugged Ridge stubby Bumper. Because of that, I have a BRAND NEW hardware box that will go along with the bumper, and will have all of the hardware to add this bumper to your Jeep. Has an integrated winch plate. Retails at $630.

I understand it’s rubbing at full articulation. But could you give more details? (Sport or Rubicon, lift or no lift, 31s, 33s or35). Thank you.

Sure thing, '21 JT Sport Max Tow on 3.5" Teraflex coils and 37" BFG KM3's. Would not rub articulating with the sway bar connected, but with sway bar connected I could get the tires to find the curved metal piece on the "wing" of the bumper. I bought a Rugged Ridge "Stubby" bumper instead and was fine after that. I used all the hardware already on my Jeep to mount the Stubby bumper, so this hardware set is brand new/never opened.

If it was plastic getting rubbed by the tire I would have just left it, because the tire was finding metal I didn't want it to damage the metal long term.
