I have a 2020 Rubicon Unlimited that was in need of tires. I bought new wheels & Tires off of a 2022 Gladiator. What is the trick to get the 2020 to read the TPMS Sensors that came with the 2022 tires? They are not being detected automatically. I really don't want to breakdown the tires if I don't have to.

I believe the JL's need a TPMS programmer to match them to the vehicle. The JK's did not.

At some point in 2021, there was a change to the TPMS units being used. The newer and older parts are not interchangeable. You're going to need to change them out for an older style.

I don't believe you can. Due to supply issues, TPMS on post-6/21 builds are different than previous sensors, and AFAIK, not compatible.

You can swap your old TPMS sensors into your new wheels, however.

These are not cross compatible. You need new sensors. 2020 take the following; 20398/29117 (both discontinued but work or 29093. Those 2022 are Continental and currently dealer part only and in short supply so you will be able to sell them no problem.
