Hi all. I have been following some threads since January 2021 but this is my first post. Apologies that there is probably already a few of these threads but I'm still learning to navigate the forums

I have a 21 JLU Sport S and I am looking to swap to Rubicon shocks and springs.
After reading a lot of various sources I believe that I should stick with the rest of the stock link. (i.e. the lower control arms). I am mainly aiming to get stiffer spring for towing a small camper. As of now I get more squat than I would hope for...

Am I off base or do I actually 'need' to swap the LCAs?

PS: I assume I will get ~1 inch of lifted height as a side bonus!

The control arms are the same so no need to swap them.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
If you get 1.5 to 2" of lift (like if you were to add an additional 3/4" spacer) then your caster will start getting too low and you should consider adding the 1/4" longer Mopar lift LCAs, but yeah, the stock Rubicon LCAs, end links, trac bars, etc are the same fro all models.

If want to tow with Jeep Wrangler go with Old Man Emu Springs. They have 1.96 (50mm) inch lift springs with extra capacity - 330lbs(150Kg) Rear P/N 3158 and Front P/N 3153 for 3.6L. If you have a diesel the P/N are 3138 and 3155. Note: If 330lbs is still not enough, they also carry 660lbs(300kg) springs.......Don't waste your money and time with stock springs and spacers. Build it right the first time. See below.

I got a rubi shocks and springs going on with the lcas from the mopar lift. If you decide to get them they’re like 60 bucks. I’m putting a daystar 3/4 spacer lift all around but thats just me.

Thank you all for the feedback so far!
My wife doesn't want me to add a "lift" so I am not adding a spacer (I will act surprised if it's higher 😂 ).
I found a rubi set within 1 mile of my house, with only 1k miles, so I am going with that route. Our camper is small, relative to what most people think of!! @JEEP4U

PS: I had swapped the tires from stock to 255/80/17 Toyo AT3 back in June. I love the way I've made small, incremental updates. #JeepLife

Following up... Before picking up the take offs I found out that they had a 4XE Rubi... So I checked everywhere I could to make sure they were "Standard Rubicon" springs and shocks..

I took their stock 4XE Rubicon Suspension and installed onto my Sport S and gained 2.5 at the rear and 2 at the front.
I was shocked and my wife was... Let's just say "Shocked as well" 😁

PS: Their 4XE front LCAs and sway bar links were exactly the same dimensions so I did not bother swapping those out.

PPS: I took it out for a 10 mile drive and the alignment, caster, and "bump steer" feel completely stock so far!!!
