I would think the long spring goes to the gas tank side.

Another question. I followed rubitrux guide for spring locations when installing and according to their website I was told to put the slightly larger spring on the driver rear and a slightly smaller one on the passenger rear 91/90.
Now I'm reading other forums that say the taler spring always goes on the passenger side. Is this true?
There's a difference? I think you'll be alright.

Hey, I watched your video and the noise I was hearing didn't sound similar to yours. I mixed up the front and rear shocks. Switched them out this morning and that solved the issue. Hope you fins out whats wrong very soon!
Thanks man. Glad your issue was solved.

Just ask @cosine he knows!
I figured out the problem I think. I put the rear shocks on the front and front shocks on the rear.. I think that may be part of the problem.
Gonna fix that tomorrow
Hey, at least you admit to it :)
You'll get to know your JL even better, and when it's fixed you'll be glad you DIY'd the job!
