For reference, here’s how my Sahara turned out with rubi wheels and KO2’s. Purchased from a local forum member for 1,200, already balanced with TPMS. Also, NO dealer necessary to link up new sensors, they picked up new tires on first turn of the engine.

Great pic. Did you OEM the fuel cover or did it come standard?

He said the tire noise will not be any louder than what is on there now. True? I find that hard to believe but I don't think they would be seriously louder.
True; I haven't heard any road noise from these tires. This is with the hardtop on. Could be different topless but I doubt it.

Gas covers are only standard on the rubi's unfortunately.
Some Saharas are showing up with gas covers. Not sure if it's a mistake or what. Read on a different thread

Here are pics with the Rubicon rim/tires on. While I was at RubiTrux I asked how much they wanted for the suspension off the Rubicon and they said $299 is that was a no brainer and I picked it up. They literally gave me everything even the sway bar links. It will provide a 1" lift from what the stock is now and will have the height equal to a Rubicon which is what the Mrs. was looking for.
They said just a few more items and you can have a Rubiclone... a Sahara made to look like a Rubicon. I laughed and they said they've actually done it for a customer before.
My wife simply wanted her Sahara to have a more aggressive look without going crazy :)

Did you lift this at all or just swap wheels?

Only swapped wheels. I'll pick up the JPP 2" lift later this year (once the springs issue is straightened out).

Hmmm... so we both did the same thing and only swapped tires/rims with a Rubicon yet yours seems to sit a bit higher than mine. Odd, I assumed you had done a small lift on yours.

Did you take the pictures on even ground? That could easily make a difference. Here are a couple of other photos to compare...

Oh well, it is what it is. Yours def seems to sit a little higher in the rear.

BTW... what PSI do you have the tires at? Sahara door jams say 36 PSI but I didn't know if the larger Rubicon tires were set differently.

I also checked the MPH with the new tires because they are a little bigger than the stock ones. I have a school zone radar by my house and repeatedly drove by with the cruise control at 35 MPH and the sign reads 35 and bounces to 36 and back to 35 so it's safe to say that the speedometer still shows accurate speed.
