2020 RUBICON RECON Edition JL Club Thread

Ordered 5/13. Delivered to my door 7/3. My first Jeep ever. Coming from an F150. This is the nicest vehicle I’ve ever owned. I love everything about it. I’ve got KO2s on my Chevy 4x4 company truck and I think these Falkens are slightly quieter. No issue with them at all.

That looks great! I like the white with the body-colored hard top.

I also got the 8.4, proximity locks, tow package (that’s a useful option), and bum warmers—gotta have those .

I wish I had gotten the KO2s. The Falkens are loud.

I actually like the Falkens more, they're knobbier. I'll probably replace them with Falken MT01 35s, right when I get it. I need heated seats here in CT!

The Falkens do look better, but the noise is annoying for me.

I use the bum warmers in Sacramento! They’re great for extending the top/doors-off season. And I’m a wimp .

I went back with the KO2s——Falkens look better and are better in the tough stuff but the KO2s are a good compromise when driving 500 miles to the trails in a soft top Jeep.

Maybe the noise cancelling system on my Recon is making me think these Falkens are slightly quieter than my work truck KO2s. But when radio is completely off is when I listen closely. There is a kinda loud hum from day one with my KO2s that I just dont get with these Falkens. But either way, neither are bad at all to me. I had p rated Cooper ATPs on my F150 and neither of these are considerably louder than those. Louder yes, but not crazy terrible.

We flew to Seattle to take delivery yesterday. The plan is to road trip through the Northwest then start making our way home. Hat's off to Paul at Dwayne Lane, excellent deal, delivered on finding me the Recon I wanted.

We flew to Seattle to take delivery yesterday. The plan is to road trip through the Northwest then start making our way home. Hat's off to Paul at Dwayne Lane, excellent deal, delivered on finding me the Recon I wanted.

Is that magnetic gray, black leather, 7” screen, and no safety packages? That was my replacement Recon if so! Great spec!
