I’ve been looking into getting some Rubicon or Moab wheels and tires and was wondering if they will fit on a stock jl sport suspension and lift? Please let me know. Thanks.

Done all the time, no problem. The Moab tires are smaller than the Rubicon ones, but either will fit fine on a Sport.

That is exactly what I hope to do.
I look forward to informed answers.

You may want to adjust the computer for size difference via Tazer/similar device or dealer. Not a huge difference though.

No problems. I did this swap before I picked up my Moab. Love the BFG KO2s

Aren’t the Rubi’s 33” and the Moab 34”?

No, Moab’s are 32.06. 255/75/17
Rubs are 33.5. 285/75/17.
Interesting... because I bought a set of Moab wheels and declined (what he said were stock) the 34" and purchased separate Rubi take off's. Oh well, I'm happy with the outcome.

I believe the Rubicon tire is a BFG K02, 285-70/R17, 32.8" diameter.

Guys with Rubicons are sometimes buying BFG K02, 285-75/R17, 33.9" diameter tires to replace their stockers.

Edited. Oops. I thought It was 75.... the Moab are 255/75. So 32 ish. People have deeper pockets than me if they are replacing a 32.8 for a 33.9

Wow, now im thinking i should have stayed with my Mustang. Trying to figure out tire sizes for the Wrangler is so damn exhausting and difficult.
