2” Synergy Lift on my JLUR on 315’s accomplishes exactly what you are looking for. Shock relocation brackets on mine right now with the stock Rubicon shocks but I plan on going Fox 2.5’s.

I have changed out all my control arms and steering components with Synergy’s products and it’s worth it. I am not a paid supporter of their products, just a satisfied customer.

That looks nice. Did you need to add any coil spacers to the front?

This is with the Dynatrac lift and steel factory bumpers - including warn plate and Zeon 10S winch. The pic looks like it has a front rake but it does not in real life. Since this picture, I have changed to aluminum bumpers (including skid and winch plate) and gained back 1/2 inch or so.

Looks great, love the stance

Love this thread - looking for no more than 2” lift but no drive shaft upgrades, and I do want a beefier control arms and track bar and stabilizer.

everything else seems like either taller and or overkill.

post your experience if you go the synergy route.
of course - will do. Plan on keeping this tread going for a while. I think we have some good information coming in- Thanks Guys (and Girls)..

Now - GO GET 'EM DIRTY

I did not have to install front spacers. I thought I was going to, but with my SB XRC stubby and winch, it sits level. The front springs are seriously awesome!

To best answer that question, here is the description of the springs directly from Synergy...

  • Multi-rate, progressively wound coil springs increase lift height to 2 inches over stock. Front and rear coil springs are all new and have been designed specifically for the JL platform. Like OEM, the coil springs are unique lengths for each corner of the vehicle to compensate for weight distribution and prevent leaning. Longest in class free length prevents coil springs from coming unseated at full articulation and coil spring block height has been designed around optimal bump stop spacing for the lift height and tire size. Industry first closed and ground lower ends of the front coil springs ensure perfect fitment with the included front lower coil spring isolators. Our coil springs are guaranteed to resist bowing and have a lifetime guarantee against sagging/breakage.

Yes those shocks are in the plan With matching rears! Not today unfortunately, but me and this JL are in it for the long haul. She is a keeper. With the synergy lift on a JLUR, once I decide to go 37’s later down the road, it’s already ready to go with minimal adjustments. And if I decide to go taller, they have the 3” springs as well. A lot of flexibility for growth, especially if you just bite the bullet and change out all those control arms. My boys are 3 & 6, so I’m not wanting it to get too big too fast for their ease of entry.

And these would still be very solid options.

Awesome feedback - thanks John.

So i spent some time on AccuTunes website last night. It would seem for pretty similar cost you can get Fox or King shocks directly from them and they will TUNE them for your needs and your setup. Also provide lifetime tunning after purchase.

They not only sell the FOX 2.0 (tuned to your specs) and of course the FOX 2.5 racing (probably the BEST option but $2800 for a set of 4 is holding me back - haha) They also offer the 2.0 with reservoir. This option is twice as much as the regular 2.0's but half the cost of the 2.5's.

MORE TO THINK ABOUT..

Also I called ICON Vehicle Dynamics yesterday (twice) did not thru to a person / Tech. Will try again today. Just curious about there products.

John - favor - at your leisure.. Can I get 2 measurements from you. I know you said u have the 2' springs (Synergy) and you are running 315's. I have full 35's but really only maybe a 1/2 inch difference there. Anyway. Can you put a tape measure on the top of your tire to the bottom of your wheel well ?

Here are my Front and Rear. Stock Rubi 4 dr with steel bumpers and 10,000lb Warn Evo-s winch and plate on 35 x 12.5 x 17 Icon wheels.

Thank you sir..

THANK YOU. SO looks like ballpark 1.75 to 2.0 inch increase.. As advertised!!
Exactly as advertised. I did not get over 2” in increase like you would see in some other 2”-2.5” lifts. At this size , I have already done 3 Jeep Badge of Honor trails in Hot Springs Arkansas and the rig had no issues on any of them. Made the trails look easy actually!

I just ordered Synergy 2" stage 1 kit. Been very happy with their steering products. Did anyone do the install themselves?

I did the steering in mine myself with the synergy kit as well, but the lift I had installed due to getting a great deal at my local 4x4 shop along with wanting an alignment for good measure after install.

Do you plan on doing it yourself?
