Hey all - beating the deadest of horses when it comes to lifting a JLUR 2.5'' with 37's. That's literally all I want to do until I can afford a coilover conversion, while still being able to wheel and maintain stock road manners. I have the opportunity to purchase a brand new Mopar 2'' lift for $500 however with it's known issues and how it works for some and not others is a gamble. I also have the opportunity to purchase the Fox 2.5 shocks from the Mopar kit for a few hundred dollars. I am curious if the combination between the Mopar Fox units and the Rubicon Express 2.5 Coil Spring lift would be a solid package? The kit seems to come with the correct items per the amount of lift it provides.
Please let me know your experiences and thoughts along this process. Once again this isn't my endgame, just to tide me over for a couple years.
Thank you. The kit in question:
