Thanks, man. These guys next door are killing me. The trees they're cutting down are literally 25 feet away. Lol. I decided to just put the rear end together and finish the video series using the front carrier. It'll be exactly the same, so this will at least save me some time to keep things moving here. The rear pattern looks awesome and the backlash is set to .008". There was no need to redo the pinion. The center of the pattern was .0015" off center, which is pretty precise. I'll finish the videos with the front like I mentioned and I'll run through each step of loading the carrier, running through the pattern, and setting ring gear depth to get the backlash perfect.
Great stuff so far. Will be watching next round. Thanks for putting together. :like:

Cool stuff man. Appreciate you doing the series. Ton of good info. :like:
You guys are welcome. I'm happy to share everything I know how to do. I've made and continue to make a lot of mistakes, so we all get an opportunity to learn. Lol. Seriously though, I really enjoyed it.

I'll spend some time tomorrow and go through the questions that were collected and put into the very first post. I may make one last video for them since some of the answers would be a novel if I tried to type it all out.

Approximately what would the cost be to rear gear either by you or a local shop? Thanks again for great how to video's.

Thank you for the info on here and the initial DIY regear thread. I just watched all of the videos. It makes me feel much better about tackling my regear in the spring.
You’re very welcome, man. Anytime.
