How is the coverage with those flares? I need something wider than stock Rubicon fenders.

These setups on otherwise stock Rubicons will rub on the street when weighted down with a full set of passengers, even if they're kids. Been there, did that for more than 5k miles before I was finally able to afford a lift.

I'm running 37 X 12.50 Copper ST Maxx on a 17 X 9 rim with 4.25 backspacing and with Artec inner fender liners and gutted fenders with the AAL fender light and bracket I need 1"bump stops in the rear to keep the tire out of the fender at full stuff. I had gutted the fenders before installing the rims and tires. This works great for around town and could handle some decent trails. I wouldn't want to leave it like this long term and i plan on finishing up the suspension lift when i figure out what springs and shocks

Are you doing anything special to hold your extra spare tire weight?

Looks great!

Stock fenders? Did you paint the inner fender section black? Using the stock tire carrier?
This looks sooo good
I removed all of the inner plastic from the front and rear fenders. I used the American Adventure Lab High-Line Fender Brace to replace the lights. Lastly, I installed the AAL inner liners front and back.

Thanks for the kind words. It looks better with the soft top. ;)

I know this thread is about 37's and no lift, but I did see someone post about 35's and no lift too, so here goes.... Looking for advice on the AEV Salta XR's (specs below) with 35x12.5r17's, stock suspension, 4xE Rubi.

My buddy has this set up on his 2" lifted JK and it looks awesome. Thinking I could get away with it without a lift and still no rubbing - even off road. Thoughts?

Good to know!
You are using the stock tire carrier too?

Also if you have more photos of your Jeep can you please post them? Would love to see the different angles of it :jk:

so is anyone else thinking of making this a long term solution? it looks like these will rub offroad...

i've removed the inner fenders front and rear. need to flex it out and see how much trimming is needed in the rear. the front looks like it might ride as is.

anyone tried to wheel on 37s and stock height??

I used the Mopar tailgate reinforcement and upgraded tire carrier. There was enough room for the 3rd light, in my opinion. I don’t have many pics with the 37s installed.
