Would love to see some pics of Fuel Beasts on an 18 JLUR bright White. Love these wheels though.
Mopar Lift is done, Fuel Beast wheels arrived today, and I'm going to be installing 315/70R17 on my white Sahara on Monday. I'll post a pic when I'm done.

No lift in this picture.

JL Pilot - this is exactly the look I'm going for - nice work!

I have a Sahara with stock wheels, 1.5in Traxda level kit, 285/70/18 Nitto RGs - these measure out at 34in x 11.5in. The outside edge of the tire is flush with the outermost portion of the fender. I would like to size the Fuel Beast Wheels so that the outside edge of the tire is positioned like your setup - about an inch or so beyond the fender. I'm trying to figure out if I should get the +20 offset vs the -12 offset.

Wondering if the +20 offset is adequate or if I need more offset since its a smaller tire than your 35x12.5. I've read on the forums that the stock Sahara offset is +44 but I cannot confirm (anybody know for sure?). So thats a difference of 24mm which is 0.94in. So thats how far "out" the +20 offset Fuel Bests would position my tire from the current position. And for the -12 that is a difference of 2.3in moved "out" .....is that correct? Am I reasoning that appropriately? Anyone have any input?

Hi Drew,

Your numbers look to be correct. +20 offset will move the tire out .9" from stock (+44) and -12 would move it out a bit over 2". This offset calculator helps confirm.

Also, Discount Tire is telling me the +20 Beast will not fit - it’s not a 5x5 lug pattern, it’s a 5x150. Did you encounter this issue? They said the only 5x5 lug in 18x9 comes in -12 or 0.

You think yours sticks out about an inch past the fender?

If you look back through this post on page 4 you will see pictures I posted showing the fit on my Rubicon. Yes the sidewall sticks out about an inch past the fender but not much of the tread hangs out which I like so it doesn't throw as much debris at the paint. You will also find a post on page 6 noting that Fuel Offroad doesn`t even list the 18x9 5x5 +20 on their site which is likely why Discount can't locate the correct rim. Search for this part number online, D56418907357 and you can find sites selling the same rims I purchased. They are indeed 5x5 (5x127) +20 offset 18x9.

Ended up going with the 20x9 +1 offset and I am highly satisfied. It gives a virtually identical look as yours: moved 1.7in out vs 1.5in.

Finally got Fuel Beast Wheels on my JLRU. 17x9 -12 offset. Stock KO2 tires and no lift. I'm planning on going up in tire size later on when I add a lift but I was shocked at the difference just the wheels made. Even the stock tires look bigger on the wider wheel with the -12 offset.

Installed yesterday...20x9 Fuel Vapor (Matte Black) with a +1 Offset. Tires are 35 12.5 20 GoodYear DuraTrac's. Tire pressure was set at 38psi. Raised the 3rd brake light to the top position and the spare (in it's factory position) does NOT rub on the steel bumper. So far, so good.
