I can report i have the exact same issue. Bought the 2019 JLUR by the end of april.

My wife and i switched seats and we can hear it more from the passenger side "Wrrrrom Wrrrrom Wrrrrom" every time we hit the highway.

Sounds like it’s 2 door and 4 door having this issue and the OP has a manual transmission. Just for reference my 19 2 Door Automatic Rubicon driveline is very smooth and quiet.

Mine is automatic, so it isn't that specific.

This is a good candidate for a fix, but we'd need more people to confirm that it works. I am going to the dealership on thursday...obviously on the phone they had ideas about tires balancing and alignment...but when i mentioned the possibility of an unbalanced rear drive shaft, he was curious and found it a plausible potential cause. We'll see.

In my case, we can hear it more from the right side, which could also point to the exhaust going "resonance" mode, as stated in that same thread.

It's the only issue on my jeep so far, can't wait for it to be gone.

Mine had this issue as well - 2 Door Auto Rubicon.

Since adding a lift and 37's, either it has

a.) gone away completely

or

b.) I can no longer notice it over the additional hum and vibration of the mud terrains.

Keep us posted on what the dealer says! I have the means to rotate the drive shaft myself, but I'd rather not given how Jeep has treated me in the past in regard to warranty work. They try to find any random reason to deny your warranty... so doing this on my own feels like a bad move given my past relationship with the service department.

Back from the dealer this morning. Went for a test drive with a tech and we both could hear the thrum sound/vibration at about 100km/h (62mph). Passenger side seems to be able to hear the sound more, but the vibration can be felt in the steering wheel too. It's a very low frequency thing, but it's clearly there once you've heard/felt it.

Just to make sure it wasn't a tire issue, we rotated the tires to check if the noise would change location/volume/nature. 2nd test drive, same results, the noise was still there and had not changed.

There was a demo Rubicon just in front of the dealership so i asked the tech if we could make the same test drive with that one. Turns out the demo had the exact same thing at only 670kms on the counter. So it would -seem- to be a common issue. The tech was quite curious at what it could be, because there was no star case or bulletin on this issue yet.

So they did open a case with Jeep, and said the fix will eventually come from there (if it does).

Dang, I was hoping they'd attempt the balancing/rotation of your driveshaft. I've done tire rotations myself several times and my noise is the same - mine happens around the same speed as yours too, between 60-65mph - it goes away above that. I have noticed mine starting if I'm on a really smooth/quiet road at around 45mph before, but I'm hoping that is a fluke and it's not worsening. :(

Mine has done this since day one with like 6 miles on the odometer.

Sorry to read about this issue that you're having. My 2019 JLR with about 4.5k miles on the clock has no such issue. I know driveline vibrations very well; I had them in my cheaply-lifted YJ a few years back and it's frustrating. I'm currently driving about 50 miles a day on the highway and haven't noticed anything like this. Hope you can get it sorted out.

Thanks Mortuar! They ordered a new driveshaft for mine today but did it without even checking it out first. Makes me wonder if it is a known issue with the dealers at this point. I'll let you know in 2 weeks after they put it in.
Any luck with the new rear shaft?
