Looking at eventually lifting my JLU Sport about 2in in order to fit 35s and do some light wheeling. I've been looking at spacer lifts but have also seen that Rubi suspension takeoffs might give me the added clearance I need. Any thoughts/opinions on which is the better way to go? Cost is definitely a factor here I'm trying to keep the total lift cost under $500 for parts.

If you get the full suspension, you'll keep the proper geometry ( I'm not sure if the control arms are different). Rubicons also have higher front fenders.

For me, I don't like spacers. If you can get a good deal on the Rubicon suspension, may as well get it.
