Does anyone know if the Rubicon fenders would bolt on to a Sport without additional modification?

I was told by someone at Jeep that the flares would indeed go on.

I may do a set of these. I've always hated the painted fenders but actually love them on the JL. I think with them being black on the lower portion then painted on top looks great.

From the link above the 4 door paintable set looks to be $600. I wonder how much a shop would charge to paint the 4 fender halves like they do from the factory?

Watching this thread. I'm planning on putting painted rubi fender flares on my Sport as well.

I'm also thinking that you'll eventually see take off rubi fenders on the market when after market fender flares start becoming more common.

Hey guys, so do the Rubi fenders fit the sport? Has anyone done it?

Just on a side note, I gave my Jeep a good cleaning today and cleaned the fenders. I'm blown away at the amount of chips in my rear, non-painted Sport fenders. We do kick up a lot of rocks in CO but man I wouldn't enjoy this on painted fenders.

I see that you have the Rubi KO2s and rock rails on your JL. That combo is known for picking up rock chips. The only way to avoid it is to get side steps unfortunately.

Not my pictures. But found this on the FB group.

So I guess it does work. I just wonder if it requires any modifications. I upgraded to 35" and wondering if I just get the fenders to get that 2 inch clearance I need and stay on stock suspension. I won't be doing any off roading or rock crawling in FL. I am currently rubbing on fenders upon uneven pavement and a turn.

Just picked mine up, the box was absolutely massive so had to pull out.

I'd love to see some pics of the install process! That Mopar price is surprisingly doable.

I'm curious if you pick the LED fenders but have halogen currently installed... is that going to be problematic, or if it's all plug and play.
