Rough Country bumper installation?

I'm curious if anyone has installed a rough country front bumper with no instructions on which screw went where and not enough screws when it comes to putting on the skid plate? The instructions weren't much help either.
On the video Gaston made it look so easy. The only screws he told you about were the square ones for rhe winch (we were missing 1) and the screws and spacers for the long led light.
We aren't incompetent by any means, but this install wasn't a piece of cake by any means either.

I avoid almost everything made by rough country. It's poor quality and mostly made in china.
