If they would ever quit screwing up the order and get me all the pieces (like resevoir brackets and/or the correct shocks) I could tell you how it is. 3 weeks and probably 10 phone calls later and I STILL dont have all of the parts to the kit to get it installed. And doubt i will anytime soon, as the shocks are out of stock again until Oct 19th. @Rough Country Suspensions is a joke at this point, and no one there, including managemeny, gives a rats ass about their customers. Their managers also do not do what they promise to rectify a situation either. They say whatever to get you off the phone but never do anything to actually help you. To me, your word is who you are. After repeted empty promises, screw ups and letdowns, I am still without my lift kit and seriously doubt I will ever purchase a RC product again. Think twice before you order... it may save you a bunch of disappointment and frustration.
