Got my RC 2.5 with front adj trac bar out on last week. Had all intentions of doing it myself, didn't seem too bad, but the shop that does my wheels and tires quoted me $200 to install it, so that was a no brainer!
Ride is near same as stock, it does track a bit more, but that can be corrected with some adjustable lower arms I believe to correct the caster better. I'm pleased with it. I will be adding Fox shcoks when they are avail. Here it is with 35x13.50 Toyos
Paid $200 for my labor too. after watching the install I'm glad i did.
Looks great how is the ride on road? I been thinking about this kit but could not find much info on the kit or shocks.RC 2.5” coil suspension lift

Yea sits level rides like factory. Handles off-road well on trails. Me and my son did the cleghorn/horsetheif trail after the off-road expo yesterday and it flexes very nice. I am gonna go to the 3.5 inch lift just for more clearance in wheel wells. But in my opinion Rough Country makes very good kits. I’ve had them on my Ram trucks as well. And price very good. It’s my daily driver and my weekend getaway.Looks great how is the ride on road? I been thinking about this kit but could not find much info on the kit or shocks.
Does it sit level or have a small rake forward?
Sounds like what I'm looking for I don't off-road just DD it the 2.5" will work fine for my needs.Yea sits level rides like factory. Handles off-road well on trails. I decided to go with the Rough Country 2 1/2" spacer lift. I took very careful exacting to a point measurements prior to and after the lift because I wanted to know how it changed. The front was 2 5/8" higher and the rear was 1 15/16" higher. I was careful to park in the same place and measure in the same manner. I stayed with the factory shocks and springs and just had the $180 lift installed. The ride is a bit more firm but still very nice. Here are my before and after pictures.
