Roof rack suggestions for 2018 wrangler sport

Looking for suggestions on a roof rack that only goes up to the front removable panels on the roof.

I wanted to do LEDs all around for when I off-road at night and also space up there to put down a cooler and fishing stuff.

Does anyone have any suggestions on racks/baskets they have used and liked?

I have the DV8 roof rack. It's the most affordable one I've found that doesn't require drilling. I have the full-length version and have been impressed with its quality for the price point.

They also make a "Gladiator" version that is shorter. They note that it also fits JL 2dr, so this version might fit your needs.

Considering the number of holes cut out of the 4 frame bars, I think you should be able to. Might take some extra effort/parts for secure mounting, but I don't see why you couldn't make it work.

I have a friend who owns a metal shop and he's making an adjustable from air dam for me. He took one look at the circular holes across the front and said, "Oh, yeah. This will be easy."

Tip: If you need to run wires through the hard top for the lights, look at Thru Hull Wiring Kits. They're for boats but they make for neat waterproof wiring through a hard top.

I really like my maximus 3 rack. I have the short rack on my Jeep and I love it. It does require drilling your hardtop though. With the short maximus 3 I can still remove the panels on my hardtop.
