Got my Rollnjack from Amazon in just a few days. It was delivered by UPS in a single box. It assembled fairly easy and was packaged well.

My concept of operation is to take the hard top off in the summer and put the soft top on. I wanted to store the hard top on a cart (I bought the Quadratec cart).

I used the Rollnjack to remove the hard top then attached it to a hoist on my garage ceiling to lower the top to the ground. I then put the hard top on the cart and moved it to a different room in the garage.

I bought the Rollnjack mainly because I can take it apart easily and store it, since I'll only use it a couple of times a year.
Also I thought a lift (Rollinjack or TopliftPro) would be easier to put the hard top back on than trying to position the jeep under the top hoisted up in the garage.

Here are some observations about the Rollinjack
* It works
* Lighter and easier to store (take apart) than the TopliftPro
* It wobbled a lot more than I expected. I did put the 5th support on since I have a 4dr jeep
* It wasn't too bad to crank up (raise), but lowering it took some work.
* I'm not sure I would want to store my top on it for a long time, because it wobbles, due to the single arm.
* Requires the back window to be open at all times. This is not a big deal since I take the hard top off and put it on the cart.
* Less expensive than the TopliftPro and free shipping.

If my concept of operation were to take the top off and store it on the lift, I probably would go with the TopliftPro, even though it was more expensive and they charge for shipping.

I think the TopliftPro is sturdier and certainly weighs more than the Rollinjack.

The Rollinjack works well for what I plan to use it for, wish it were a little easier to crank.

I’ll put this in the market place as well but if anyone is interested I have one new in the box that I’m willing to sell for $450.

I sold my Jeep so I have no use for it.

Buyer to pay shipping.

Just got mine from Amazon. Well packaged, sturdy materials. As others have said, it’s a little bouncy and you have to crank it way up to clear the mid roll bar. It does the job.

The portability is what sold me - anyone using a big duffel and blankets? Or should I just kick in another 200 for the bags?

The bags are expensive but very well made. They have custom compartments for all of the components so that they fit snugly and nothing gets damaged. I’m frugal and I don’t regret spending the money for them.

Looks like they don't sell this anymore. I was able to get one from eBay and tried it today. The wobbling is really scaring me. I have a 4 door, and there is no way this thing can lift the top without the 5th support bar. It doesn't even lift the top fully, only the rear, then I have to jump in the trunk, support the front of the top with my head so I can install the 5th piece. I can't have the 5th piece pre-installed because of the rear crossbar. Are you all experiencing the same?
