JL, JLU 2018+ Quick Release Mud Flaps for Front and Rear, these are the XL ones. Black with Blue RB Logo. Installed on 2021 Rubicon, insert for Rubicon factory rock rails were removed and do not have. Rear never installed and all parts for both front and rear are included.

Purchased new about one week ago, decided to uninstall after 1 week, still like new condition except for those two inserts (holes) removed from the front flaps to fit the stock Rubicon rails (see picture).

Picture installed is on my jeep as well, have already been removed and ready to ship or pick up!

Yup, still available and wife pulled out these two parts that connect the rear ones to the Jeep....after I had boxed up the parts time to rebox, it will include these as well. As far as shipping, I can’t imagine UPS or FedEx ground will be much over $15-20...will text buyer for approval before shipping

Do all of these have the cut outs for rock rails as I have a Sahara and don’t want that but if that’s only way they come I would be interested

They all come with those cutouts, but you decide if you want to remove them. Once removed, they cannot be replaced.
