So with the help of other members in the forum and asking around shops I've narrowed my decision on lift to three options. Just to include some background, I'll be using my JLU Sahara for mostly on-road but will be hitting trails all over Illinois and eventually travel outside of state. Because it is my daily driver, I do want it to ride smooth on road but also give me that true off-road feeling. I am looking at 2.5" below of lift and not looking to spend over $2k. I will be throwing 35" Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Also, big shout out to @word302 and @Roky for all their advice and suggestions, as they pretty much helped me narrow it down to a more "complete kit."

First, the 2.5" Rock Krawler Adventure Series 1 with Falcon SP2 2.1 Shocks (picture below)

Second, 2.5" MetalCloak RockSport Edition (will not be getting drivershaft)
https://metalcloak.com/jl-wrangler-true-dual-rate-lift-kit-2-5-3-5-rocksport-edition.html

Third, 2.5" Teraflex Sport ST2 with Falcon SP2 2.1 Shocks
https://teraflex.com/shop_items/jlu...pension-system-no-shock-absorbers?sku=1512021

Any feedback or opinion (i.e., especially if you happen to own one of these exact kits) is welcomed!
Also, do any of these require additional bolting onto other parts or the frame? Or is it simply removing and adding additional parts?

If you live in Illinois I'd cross RK off the list. Their kits rusted horribly for me. One Illinois winter and the powder coating was 100% shot. I probably sound like a broken record about this but don't want anyone having the same bad experience. Have they fixed the issue? Possibly but I won't take the risk. It happened to a lot of us and RK basically just said oh well.

That's interesting. I've had nothing but excellent service from them. Also 0 trace of rust after almost a year.

I agree that’s unfortunate. They are based in New York. I’d assume they would be very competent with rust prevention. Hopefully the warranty took care of you but I can understand how cautious you’d be

Check Wranglerforum.com. It happened to a lot of members and all received the same response. I had to have the kit removed and recoated on my own dime. Which wasn't cheap.

Looks good! Can you comment on the ride? I’ve got a 2dr Rubi, also a daily driver, and want to do Colorado and Moab this summer. MC and terraflex topped my list but those Falcon shocks seem to have complaints of stiff rides.

what did you do for the steering stabilizer?

For the price point, nothing compared to the MC GC rocksport for ride. It blows the teraflex out of the water! Every Jeep we build leaves with a minimum of a fox 2.0 Steering Stabilizer. If you’re going to wheel, I’d suggest a relocation kit for it. I love MC but their relocation kit isn’t my favorite
