Anyone install these ? The instructions are incredible and do not work. Looks simple but man I’ve been trying for hours. Broke the edge of one and did not use more than 10lbs of force with a rubber mallet …. They have no flex it’s dry Delrin lol

Did you debur/clean out the holes first? Hit it with a dremel and I bet they go in.

Yes I did it’s smooth. Used a bit of light grease as well. Nothing

Sounds like they need some further custom fitting.

My buddy has a set that he bought his JT. We fought with the first one (I believe behind the front wheel) for more than an hour with no luck. I told him I was ready to put them in the trash! Good luck!

You can carry spare water in the frame with them.

Try putting them in the freezer for a few hours or overnight, and then try slamming them (lightly) in again.

Naw, it drains out very fast.
