Its possible it might work, base plate will have to go on first, and those brackets from the rock hard winch plate that go down to the frame horns might have to be trimmed, they will share all the same bolt holes, one might not line up

Probably take some customizations on either one, not entirely sure

Looking at the install video for the winch plate and the instructions for the base plate, it does not look to me like they share any holes.

They share that inner frame horn mounting spot, also if that winch plate has you space the bumper forward off the frame the tow plate bolt holes that go to the bottom of the bumper wont line up

Well the instructions you linked was for jk base plate, plastic base plate attaches to inner frame rails, and to the front of the frame horns, rustys winch plate mounts behind the frame horns, dont know if rustys works with plastic bumper though. Might not because of how the fairlead mounts on the steel bumper.

rock hard and plastic rock jock base plate, both mount to inner frame horns and both mount to front of the frame, one of them is going to be in the way most likely

Sorry for the wrong instructions> Here is the correct one. Please take a second look for conflict with the Rockhard winch plate. I really appreciate a second set of eyes before I give up on this combination.

I take it back, i was looking at the instructions for mounting it to the steel bumper, that wouldnt work. But for the plastic since it raises it up above it, and doesnt go on the front frame horns it should work fine. Sorry about that

Please see the attached doc showing where the winch plate and baseplate each mount to the inner frame rail. Then view the winch plate video. At 3.27 into the video it looks like the mounting plate for the base plate uses the two existing holes in the frame that are well below the mounting hole for the winch plate.

Yeah the plastic bumper mounting for the rockhard would be out of the way of the base plate
