Rockhard skid plates and exhaust question

All I have a quick couple questions.

1. I have Rockhard skid plates going to be installed. Any issues with aftermarket exhaust fitment?
2. Also if I want to add an after market exhaust should I do the exhaust first? I assume this is a definite yes but want to confirm.

Don’t have a rock hard but depending how it’s installed I’d say installing the exhaust first would be helpful to the guys going it.
