rock sliders with led lights

i did a few searches, but from what i found, only the roam had options of led lights for the steps. are there any others that have this option that i am missing. the car wont be a mall crawler, but wont really be a rock crawler either so im not as worried about them taking a beating as much.

interesting find, thanks. choices are so limited, i might just get a set of the oracle sidetracks and then i have way more options for a wife approved rockslider/step

Are you trying to light the step itself or the ground beneath it? I used KC cyclones underneath, you can get them in colors if you like.

those look fairly solid. i was looking more at the steps for my wife and kids getting in and out in the dark. best option i have found so far is the oracle fender vent lighting set up

Seems like it would be easy enough to add them. The Roam lights included with the bumpers weren't the best quality. Flush mounts like this would work well and are IP69 rated. https://www.blackoakled.com/collections/rock-lights/products/new-led-off-road-rock-lights

Need to clarify that… KC does NOT a make RGB(W) rock lights… they make swappable lenses that cover the pure white LEDs… like Baja Designs though, you can easily swap for flood, diffused or colored lenses.

Did you ever find some? Those Rock Slide Engineering lights are specifically for that. They turn on when the step lowers and turn off again when it retracts. They are, however, designed for their sliders.

Keep in mind you’re correcting a post that is a year old. I don’t believe the v1 lights covers were replaceable. They did come in amber, red, green, or blue. They were not “RGB” able to change colors.

With the introduction of the V2 came replaceable, and colored covers.

EXACTLY… “decoration” . Really blows my mind that people run any color other than white or amber and claim to see better… only thing they do is make it more evident whose Jeep is who’s at the mall. . I will say though that I ran the V1 on my JTR and the V2 on my JLR… only 2 things they change: more LEDs = higher output of light and the V1 had white circuit boards versus the V2’s black.
