Rock Sliders? Frame vs Body mount for light off road

Looking at Rock sliders for my '18 4dr JL. I hear frame mount is best, but I ended up getting body mount wrap around rocker protection. The frame mount was expensive and I am only going to be doing a little off roading, don't intend to do it every weekend, etc. Thoughts? Those look good, probably heavier duty than you need but why not? You will hear a lot about what a PITA removing the body bolts is and it’s all legit. But once installed correctly, you will have rock solid protection and excellent step runners.
