Looking for the most 'OEM' looking rock slider that has a step feature. By 'OEM looking' I mean styled like the JLUR factory rock slider. Open to maybe something tubular if it covers the pinch seem.

ROAM looked like a good option, but they seem to be out of stock and haven't answered my email so far (it's only been a couple days).

LOD Destroyer look decent. Not sure I want or need frame mounted. But at least these don't make you remove the large body mount bolts (rather not disturb that joint to be honest). Uses the 2 smaller bolts for the isolators.

Fab Fours has something, but the step feature appear to have no grip features, and they mount using the main body mount bolts. For me, they are out.

Road Armor has a "running board" that looks the part (somewhat matches OEM rock slider's look), and seem to maintain decent ground clearance, but no real info (gauge, etc) on them, and whether they can actually serve as a true rock slider.

Tubular style, most aren't to my liking and most don't cover the pinch seam at all. One that has a bit of appeal to me is the DV8 tubular rock slider step.

Any other thoughts/recommendations?

Removing the logo plate, the Rockslide hidden steps look real similar to the performance rock rails from Mopar. I just wish they'd stop raising the price lol.

I will be selling my rugged ridge slider/steps. I bought the Rockslide engineering ones. As an added bonus they have rocker protection.

There's a actually an OEM optional "rock" rail that is extended to work as a step.

I've seen those - Mopar Performance Rock Rails. Not cheap but look slick. I've read mixed reviews on them actually being not super useful as an actual step.. (too narrow, too high???)

So our Westin Triple Tubes are probably at a similar step height. I do not use the step to get in, and it actually makes it harder for me to step in the Jeep since I have to get over the width. They do help my vertically challenged wife get in and out. Also good for roof access (either rack or cleaning).

I'd actually think that the Mopar ones would be a reasonable compromise.

Really though, I just brought it up due to your desire for OEM look.

Appreciate it. I may look into them more.

Got the Mopar Performance rails. Installed them today. Very pleased with them. Install was super easy too.

I had considered those but they bolt do not attach to the frame like the LOD rails.

I ordered those Mopar rails on my 80th 2dr last year and have been very pleased with them. They took a lot of abuse on some Moab trails in October and after all the crunching and grinding are no worse for the wear.
