You know about the TSB right? Mine are falling apart with 8k on the arms and turns out there's a TSB where their bushing supplier substituted an unapproved material that failed much earlier than typical. They're sending free replacements to anyone who bought their arms from aug 2019 to dec 2020.

I'm waiting patiently for mine but my LCAs are super, super loose at the moment and I'm dying to get them in.
Guess im gonna call them tomorrow

Well, impressive at least that your bushings are the result of pure wheeling carnage lol. Def going to refer back to this when I'm trying to press my new ones in.
Sounds good.....

RK, I looked at RJ but there wasn’t really any doubt. Nothing at all wrong with RJ but I’m an RK guy at the end of the day.
I hope they gave you a hell of a deal for all the tech support you provide on here for the product! When you asked me about RJ I knew it was meaningless ;)

wondering if it is worth changing out these on even new sets? I just installed my set over the past two weekends and seems like it might have been worth doing for longevity. thoughts?

My arms are from late 2018, and had the older style bushings, your arms should have the newer bushings in them. You can tell by looking at the set screws on the joints, the newer version has stainless set screws and the older style had black oxide set screws.

Plus I think it would take me 4x the miles if not more to put the same wear on those things as you did :)

Hah, we don't get much snow here in the PNW. I'm seriously considering going to wontons. I think I'll wait and do the long arms at the same time. 40s will be happening as well.
