I have RK06187 front and RK06692 rear track bars.
Can any one confirm these have the updated bushings that
require a GLNI#1 lube or GLNI#000?

I ordered both Rock Krawler 000 lube and Mobil Mobilux EP-1, which is correct or best?

Also am I correct by understanding that i am to lock the edge into a bench vise and torque the lock nut to 220 pounds with red heavy loc-tight?

I'm concerned about deforming or damaging the end if I have to grip just the edge and reef down on it with 220 ftpounds with a crow foot.

Thank you!

I used a vise to to tighten mine. It did take some powder coating off but everything else was fine.

You can remove the bushings and o-rings and clamp the whole end in the vise. There's no way you'd get them up to torque just clamping the edge.
