Rock Krawler Coil Question 2 vs 4 door

I have a friend selling a set of 3.5" coils that he purchased for his 2 door JL. Can I use those coils on a 2021 Sport S 4 door? Would they work as a 2.5" lift on a 4 door? I've searched online and see that Rock Krawler only lists coils on their website, but they don't seem to be different for 2 and 4 door.
