I'm installing your 3.5 inch adventure series lift and I'm getting passenger side spring bowing what is causing this...
The RK guys will respond, assuming you used the RK pads. if you want to look quickly I would check the spring indexing, that the coil end is against the stop. their setup works well, have not heard of bowing with theirs.

Sorry for the delay, I didn't get a notification of a reply until just now.

Without seeing pictures it would be impossible to begin. What is caster set to? Are you using our isolators on the bottom? Is it bowing front/back or left/right? Is the factory isolator positioned correctly on the top? Have you tried swapping coils with the other front? if you did, did the bow stay on the passenger side or did the bow move to the driver side?

Here is my measurements from bottom of spring seat to lip of perch. I've been talking to Doug out of Outlaw Offroad for a few days. His Sahara with 1000lbs of gear is over an inch higher than this measurement.

Our 3.5" coils provide 3.5" + 3/8 minus nothing typically for lift and has been well documented on this site. You will not be disappointed, that is for sure. To RK it is not a height game, but it is a ride quality, handling and off-road performance game. For the JL's we strived to stay as close to nominal as possible. As others have mentioned; once you go higher than these coils you will start running into other issues; for example - you will need to covert to high steer, you will definitely need a front driveshaft, and the list goes on and on. That is the point when you really need to open your check book. Not to mention with a 3.5" on a Rubi you can run up 37's up to 39's with full fenders and proper bump stops or 40's with separated rubi fenders. You certainly do not need to go taller! Build smarter!

If you want to be taller, you can swap springs out, we have 4.5" springs in stock, but since we have not released our high steer options, we have not released full systems as of yet and are still in the development and testing phases. It has to be right before we release it.

Looking at your pic, he's sitting at 13 5/8" and you're at 14". He has the bottom spring pad and you don't. Add that .5-.75" back to yours and you'd be 7/8" to 1 1/8" taller with an advertised 1" taller spring. That seems as spot on as you'll see with all the variables in builds, rig weights, etc? It seems like a lot of people are obsessed with how terrible a kit or spring is if it sits .25-.5" below advertised on their rig, but singing the praises of a kit that sits .5-1" above advertised? The taller lifts seem to be more out of spec than the shorter ones by my math? Now for the people who really wanted 4"+ out of their 3.5" lift kit, over height springs might be the way to go, or just buy a taller kit if that's what you ultimately wanted? If you find the ride better of the shorter spring, a .75" spacer is always an option.
