After pouring over countless threads, videos, photos, etc I think I’ve narrowed down my choice of sliders to the patriots. I’ve seen a few photos of folks that have them, but I’d like to see these on a Rubicon so if you have them, send it!

Good choice. They're not the easiest to install due to having to remove the body bolts, but they are STRONG. I've come down on them a few times (or should I say, my son has) and there's been zero deflection into the body. The tube has deformed slightly, but that isn't unexpected. For me, it was a waste of money buying the Poison Spider body armor, but hey, it looks good. Absolutely the strongest and best buy for the money.

That looks bad ass. I like the rocker armor, it breaks up the green nicely. Mine will be white with color hard top and black fenders so this gives me a good idea!

Cant find a good photo but I love mine. Have had them since 2019 and they hold up extremely well. I love the simple and clean design yet super strong.

Sort of, kinda retired....mostly
I've scraped mine over many, many rocks and have yet to notice even a scratch in the paint. Very solid.

Man I really like those. Some skateboard tape on the top will make them work well As steps for the wife and kid.

The flat step has all the same strength as the angle up/down slider, but with an extra metal plate welded on for step purposes. By default they rivet on a silver or black traction plate. I ordered them without the traction plate, and instead added a 4" wide strip of grip tape. Clean, strong, and practical.

Did you have to message them to not rivet on the traction plate? I like the looks of how yours look and would make my wife happy!

@lashlee,

Credit goes to @Brian0128 for being the first to ask rock hard for the clean flat step without traction plate.

I emailed RH to confirm they would do it, however the price premium of ordering direct vs Northridge4x4 was holding me back. So I ended up calling Northridge to see if they would place the custom order and give me the forum discount and free shipping. They agreed, and just had RH direct ship the finished sliders to me.

I worked with Chris Roell at Northridge to place my order. Call 866-601-5340 and ask for Chris.
