Rock Hard 4x4 Mid-Width Front Bumper: Will it have all the clearance I need to stuff the wheels?

Hi,
I am interested in buying a Rock Hard 4x4 Patriot Series Mid-Width Front Bumper, the version with the built in receiver hitch, and would like to learn if anyone who has one installed one on their JL has any insights about the tire clearance when the front wheel is stuffed up as far as possible.

Is there enough clearance to be able to turn the wheels fully when the tire is stuffed up into the wheel wells?

Are you explaining that a front wheel stuffed all the way up in the wheel well, turned fully inboard, with a 40" tire, will not rub on the Rock hard 4x4 mid width bumper?

If so, that is the info I have been hoping to learn.
