Production factoring of the first JL M210 Replacement Front Axle Housing:

- 1/2" wall chromoly axle tubes.

- Ductile iron pumpkin, with: rotated cover line, smooth high clearance surfaces that helps clearance and provides protection over obstacles, plenty of ribs/gussets to improve strength while dissipating heat. >3 quarts oil capacity.

- 1/4" laser cut high strength steel brackets.

- Forged steering knuckles.

- Priority pinion bearing oiling system, designed with CFD (computational fluid dynamics): not only is oil flow increased when rock crawling (and under low speed), oil flow is also increased under high speed. An integrated oil scraper pressurizes the pinion bearing oil supply when in motion even when the axle is tilted at >60 degrees while reducing windage for better rotational efficiency (3D oil system reservoir with independent oil chambers; designed to keep oil flowing to the bearings when tilted in any direction).

The axle tubes and the diff housing are all CNC machined for a precise interference fit prior to being pressed/installed.

Custom orderable in any width (must be stock width or wider).

Pre-installed inner seals and upper control arm bushings.

Powdercoated with a 2 stage textured poly powdercoat for durability. Exceeds all OE specifications for resistance to the elements.

Made with pride in the U. S. of A. (All of our housings are designed, cast, machined, welded, and finished in the US. All remaining components are US sourced with a preference for US made. Our full axle assemblies currently use an OE JL E-Locker via core exchange.)
