Rigid Industries is it still best construction

Back into a new Jeep after 4 years. In the past I used Rigid D2 lights, are they still the go to manufacturer. Quality is important to me.

I have read post and see lots of new names, but wasn't sure.

Baja Designs have some lights with more output and better optics than Rigid. I have a pair of their Squadron Pro. I also have a pair of Rigid Dually. Build quality is about the same, except for the connector. Rigid uses a molded on Duetsch connector. Baja Designs uses a non-molded on Weather Pack connector. The Rigid connector setup is definitely better IMHO.

I've run both Rigid and Baja Designs. Both are top shelf lighting vendors. I prefer Baja Designs overall for quality and light output. I'll be running Baja Designs again on my 2019 JLUR build.

I agree, I run 5 d-ss rigid and have the best housing and cover protectors. Only gripe is they could be a tad bit brighter. (2 fog, 2 spot and 1 drive beam)
