Yes, steel bumpers. I used a 1 3/4” bimetal hole saw. As long as it’s a sharp hole saw, it’ll cut through pretty quick. I pulled it off and did it on a set of saw horses. There is some internal structure in the bumper that you want to avoid to make things easy and you can only see it all with the bumper off especially with the hitch in the wayDo you have the steel bumper? If so, how did you cut the holes in it?
Looks great!

Thanks. I really didn’t want anything hanging down off the bumper and there really isn’t a lot of open real estate in that bumper. I finally found these and they really work well while keeping a pretty clean look.Nice job! Looks really clean.
I do have the aux switches. That sounds like a great idea, I just need to isolate it somehow so I don’t power up the reverse lights by turning on the aux switch?@tesla
They look good. I have a pair of Rigids on back also. YES. makes the b/u camera actually lets say useful at night.
IF you have Aux switches, consider hooking your Rigids up to a Aux switch.
I turn on my Rigid's with Aux 3, when I am either hooking up my trailer or say loading my Harley up on the trailer at night. Lights thing up really well.
Real easy to hook them up with an Aux switch. Yes, you will want to use two diodes or you can expect CanBus may throw a chitt fit.I do have the aux switches. That sounds like a great idea, I just need to isolate it somehow so I don’t power up the reverse lights by turning on the aux switch?
I have aux 1&2 available. Using aux 3 for front light bar and aux 4 for the winch isolator solenoid.
So you just installed 1 diode on the wire tapped into the reverse lights, and the other on the wire going to the aux switch wire? Just make sure they’re tied together AFTER the diodes, right?Real easy to hook them up with an Aux switch. Yes, you will want to use two diodes or you can expect CanBus may throw a chitt fit.
Anyway, real easy to run a line through the passenger frame rail from the engine Aux wire to the back. Read here:

yeah, sorry but I wasn't great about taking pictures while I was doing the install.I assume no pictures of the holes prior to light install and the bumper cover off? Looks great by the way
