Track bar not holding it, looks like the shock is still connected, probably just the pic…
Can't tell if the shock is connected either, hope it's off lol. But yeah, I don't think track bar is holding it, I'm thinking it's trying to shift axle to driver side but since the jack's on that side putting pressure it can't shift that way to continue down. Jack technically stopping it, but can remedy by pulling track bar off the axle bracket. Though, if the shocks are still connected, that'll do it too.

Disconnecting LCA brought it down some.

I had the same issue when installing my MC 2.5” springs. Go to Autozone and rent a spring compressor.

….and get proper jack stands. Those blocks are giving me anxiety ?
I have them but they were not tall enough to get the body high enough for the axle drop.

I use this set: Amazon.com: BIG RED T41202 Torin Steel Jack Stands: 12 Ton (24,000 lb) Capacity, Red, 1 Pair : Everything Else

Overkill for a Jeep, but the height is SWEET for a lifted Jeep. My JKR wasn't on a huge lift - ~3.5" - and a set of 4 of those under the frame and you could drop the axles as far as you needed for any work/maintenance on the suspension. Across my and my friend's Jeeps, used these to swap 4 or 5 suspensions around and no issues with any suspension being too tall - tallest was like a 4.5ish inch extra capacity overlanding suspension that required a ton of axle droop to get those stiff springs in.
