Has anyone installed Oracle Lighting 7" High Powered Projector LED Headlights with Halo? Looking to upgrade my JL and dont wanna brake the bank. If so are you happy with them?

Don't underestimate how much light will emitted by a good pair of Halogen. Philips 9008 Halogen +100% increase bulbs. Inexpensive, throws a lot of light, easy to install, and reliable.
