Reversing whistle through speakers

Hey guys-n-gals, do any of you have a whistle sound come through your speakers when you put your jeep in reverse and start backing up? Is this normal? The faster i go the louder it gets. It's liveable but can be annoying at the same time.

Never heard specifically of this on any vehicle. May be a ground loop with your radio and something that turns on when in reverse (like maybe lights or camera?). I'd have dealer look at it.

I get it too,. It's barely noticeable though. I just am attuned to it from years of installing systems in my vehicles.

I do but I have them turned off. Definitely coming through the speakers as a whistle not a beep.

I have the same whistle. I barely notice it anymore.

Which engine do you have? Some 2.0T models with the 8.4" Infotainment are equipped with electronic Automatic Noise Canceling. I wonder if that could be your issue?

I get the occasional engine whine through the speakers when backing up. It's very sporadic though.

3.6 no sensors 7" radio

Not my radio, but through my CB when backing it up. Im pretty sure its noise induced by the back up camera. Anyway, i dont spend much time in reverse, got places to go.
