Reverse lockout on B&M Short Throw Shifter

I plan to get a B&M Short Throw Shifter for my 6-speed JL. From the photos, it does not appear to have a Reverse Lockout mechanism like the stock shifter. Can anyone confirm?

their install video shows there being a lock out

I recommend driving it a while before investing in a shifter. It may seem like a “must have“ right now, but your “wants” are likely to change once your Jeep arrives and you get some seat time.

Correct. The B&M shifter is intended for forward use only. You can’t go forward in life by going backwards. Sorry, couldn’t help myself.
